"The lesbian couple Iris and Manon and the gay couple Edward and Patrick want to have a baby together and do the upbringing together. The documentary starts with their wish to become parents and follows them during pregnancy, childbirth and the first months of their newborn. Becoming mamas and papas is more difficult than they had imagined."
