Animação de Nicolai Troshinsky. "Samare" is a 1 minute short film made in the animation school La Poudrière. It is a stop-motion short film that uses the flipbook illusion. Samare represents literally the transition from illustration, the craft of making books, to animation. It is most of all a play of rythms, a brief moment in which the camera dances from one side to another in a vals rythm that reinforces its romantic aspect. The short film won the second price in the "Court-Circuit OFF" contest organized by Arte Tv."
